Located 1,8 miles (3KM) from the magnificent Playa Grande beach, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. Playa Grande is known as a surfing spot, and at coconut tree level you'll find a family-friendly location with calm waters. Surf stores, a small supermarket, a few restaurants and bars make this a small resort ideal for couples or families. The cottage is located in a peaceful haven of nature, far from the hustle and bustle.

From your terrace, there's a good chance you'll be able to observe the local flora and fauna, including howler monkeys, coatis, hummingbirds, parakeets and all kinds of birds.

There's also a large swimming pool on the property and a relaxation area, with self-service mini bar (drinks and ice creams) for your enjoyment. In this space, benefit from a Starlink network.

Playa Grande is a small, family-friendly town with excellent restaurants, a small craft market on Wednesday evenings with live music, basic stores and surf stores.
It's located in the Las Baulas National Park, which protects the main nesting beaches of leatherback and green turtles.

During the "green" season (June to november) , you won't be outdone by the gentle stream that runs alongside the house, making you feel at one with nature. The sky will offer you the most beautiful sunsets and lush nature.

During the dry season (Decemebr to May), the beauty of the region is quite different, a little like an African savannah, where animals are easier to observe because they are less camouflaged.
